What Job Automation does

JioCoder Job Automation is an AI job application tool for candidates who want to automate job applications without sending generic templates. You upload a resume, add job descriptions, and the system creates personalized job application emails grounded in your real skills and projects — then you review and send.

How it works

1. Login. Sign in to JioCoder so quota and identity are enforced server-side.
2. Add resume. Upload your PDF resume for AI analysis.
3. Add job descriptions. Import roles with recruiter emails and JDs.
4. AI analyzes the job. Each JD is treated as data and matched to your resume facts.
5. Review personalized emails. Edit drafts before sending.
6. Send. Publish via Gmail with your resume attached.

Free and paid usage

Every logged-in user gets 10 free emails every day. When you need more, admin-configured paid plans can raise your daily allowance. The free tier keeps working even if paid pricing is not configured yet.

Security

• Authentication is required — APIs reject unauthenticated requests.
• Your account email is locked; clients cannot spoof another identity for quota.
• AI keys stay on the server. Quota and rate limits protect against abuse.
• Resume and job text are treated as untrusted data to reduce prompt injection risk.
