Yes, according to the cancellation/reschedule window in booking settings. Message me with your booking ID if you need to move the slot.
The booking stays unconfirmed and the slot is released after the payment hold expires, so someone else can take it.
Yes. Project and code review sessions ask for a GitHub URL (and a live URL when you have one).
Yes. Resume Review requires a PDF or Word upload during booking.
